Open access, Creative Commons licensing, and repository policy for IJLJ.
IJLJ provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater exchange of knowledge. IJLJ encourages authors to make their research data openly available.
Copyright and licensing
Authors of articles published in Indian Journal of Law and Jurisprudence remain the copyright holders and grant third parties the right to use, reproduce, and share the article according to the Creative Commons license agreement.
Exclusivity
Submitted manuscripts should not be simultaneously considered by any other publication at the time of submission. The author/s undertake to inform Indian Journal of Law and Jurisprudence immediately in case the manuscript under consideration or a published manuscript is under consideration for publication elsewhere.
